Lovely walks in the surrounding villages just out of the back door for dog walking. Great pubs and dining within walking distance/short drives (Thorold Arms; Brownlow Arms; Hare and Hounds).

The house is in a quiet housing estate on a main Grantham to Lincoln bus route on the edge of Grantham. We are also five minutes walk from a lovely park with paths that lead into the centre of town. Grantham Hospital is 5 minutes drive from here as is the beautiful Belton House. Grantham is situated centrally between Lincoln, Nottingham and Stamford.
