You can hike or bike directly from the cabin, surrounded by forest on 3 sides and NO TRAFFIC! Enjoy two large covered porches with views of the woods where you paint rocks, or enjoy your morning coffee. There's plenty of off street parking (street parking is NOT allowed, and a fire pit with wood! I live in the basement apartment with separate entrance and parking. Sip coffee on the deck and watch the sun rise over the lake, roast marshmallows over the fire while listening to the sound of the water. Cozy up inside and watch the birds bob on the waves. Kayaks are stored on the side wall of Wren for our collective guests to enjoy. The stairs for lake access are immediately behind the deck and available for use by all eight cabins.

By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Make some memories at this family-friendly mountaintop cabin south of Fayetteville. This unique cabin is located on 50 acres that offer a million-dollar view of the Boston Mountains. Enjoy fishing in the large pond with the fishing poles, tackle, and enjoy the challenge of a scavenger hunt along the 1/2 mile-long hiking trail! In the evening, enjoy the cliffside firepit nestled next to the peaceful waterfall! 11-minute drive to Razorback Stadium and 5 minutes from the interstate!

Sitting approximately 1/2 mile from the banks of the river on 400+ acres of private property, this beautiful property is perfect for hiking, fishing, viewing wildlife, or just relaxing around the outdoor firepit. Reconnect with nature, and hike or drive down through our property to access the river or fish from our nearby ponds.

Welcome to Pedal and Perch, a custom-designed and built accessory dwelling cabin just minutes from downtown Bentonville, AR, Walmart HQ, and miles of incredible mountain biking. The cabin features a custom kitchen, one bathroom, a queen bed in the loft, a pullout sofa on the primary floor, and your very own outdoor bathtub looking in to the valley below.

This cabin is located in The Greenes Campground and RV park and the cabin sits right on the creek so its elevated. you'll have to climb some stairs to come in but once you're here you won't wanna leave. We can get you on and off the water in our kayaks or yours. Bring your fishing poles, bikes for the trails, and let's have some fun.
