I loved the plan, it is perfect to get your hands dirty, get out of the routine and disconnect from the life of the city; It seems good to me compared to price, time and excellent people

This tour was unsafe and a sham. It is listed as a 12 hour experience with up to 10 in the group. There were actually 19 in the group with passengers sitting on the floor of a 15 person van. The experience is actually 17 hours long with no option for dinner. We signed up through Airbnb for an English tour. Ai was not available and I received a message from someone else that stated she was Ai's friend Jhanette. We were told to sign into a Facebook chat for van information and also through whatsapp instead of communicating through Airbnb as the website recommends. We were the only two passengers that spoke English and also the only two through Airbnb. The others were locals. In speaking with a couple of them and then confirming on the EBK tours website there cost of the tour was around $14 dollars each and ours was $91.57 each. The tour host Jun Balderama didn't speak English and provided the tour in Tagolog. The driver tried to assist but essentially we were ignored and Jun asked to borrow money from me twice. at the end of the tour we were dropped of at a different location than we were picked up. When I asked the driver said this was our stop. clearly we paid I feel that Ai promotes a tour and then sells it of to EBK tours at a much reduced price and pockets the remaining money without having to do anything except send a couple of emails. I would like a refund.

It was a fun experience, good activities and photo opps. Just confirm the tour is offered in your preferred language English or Tagalu, I had a tough time with tagalu tour

Ai is a great host who personally cares about everyone on the tour. I had a very enjoyable trip which was made even more pleasurable by a group of Vietnamese tourists who were really fun to be with. This tour was off the beaten path and will give you some insight into how the locals live and enjoy themselves. The pond at the waterfalls was amazing. And the climbing & caving were fun, all the more so due to my ever cheerful fellow travellers. The world is what you make of it!

We thanked Ai for offering this experience but what they advertised differed greatly from what was delivered. We expected actual trekking and climbing, not being ferried to and from picture taking opportunities. We did not expect a visit to a nunnery and columbary or some weird place w nests and a hobbit house. The only parts of the trip that worked were the caves (excellent...and the young Tagalog guide there was excellent too) and the waterfall...but even those we had to be driven to. If we started at the top of a mountain, trekked thru to caves and ended at a secluded waterfall (and not some developed holiday resort) that would have been better and more accurate. As nice as Badge (the overall guide) was, he told us nothing of the area we were visiting or its history. The group was filled w people who seemed to expect to be driven from one sterile place to another apart from a fun loving Irish Filipino family. This wasnt what was sold. We expected an active day out and didn't get it. They need to be more explicit in the airbnb listing about what goes on because active folks will expect something more involved.
