Just wonderful. I work in the food industry and seeing the whole story from farm to plate was an amazing experience. To think that the Ricotta we ate was inside a goat about 90 minutes earlier, and that we were actively involved from milking the goats to making the cheese was just amazing. Elios was a great host and the farmer herself, though we couldn't communicate directly, was so warm and accommodating. She kept bringing out more and more homemade treats, finishing off with a beautiful local red wine, homemade crisps, a stunning chilli paste and and amazing, sweet red grape reduction. She wasn't trying to sell us anything, but I practicallyforced her to sell me everything in her pantry! Elios even took us out for a coffee afterwards to tell is about other local attractions and delicacies. We went back to the pastry shop he took us to the next morning as he had recommended getting the famous Pasticciotti fresh, and boy was he right! We were half way through eating them when he unexpectedly showed up, bringing fresh fruit he had just picked for the cafe owner to try, which he also shared with us. I can't recommend this highly enough. An amazing experience at an incredible price.

A must-do for curious foodies! First of all: Elios - great guy, fun, amazing host. The experience on the farm could not have been more authentic and we learned a lot - far beyond the sole cheese making process. We got to learn about life on the farm, the beauty and challenges in rural Italy and of course - food culture, yesterday and today. Thank you for this great time Elios, it was a pleasure!

We had a great time learning how ricotta and another goat cheese are made. We had the opportunity to milk the goats, which was both funny and fun! This was a true small working farm and the lady who hosted us and ran the farm was lovely! Elios translated and explained the whole process. We were able to taste the fresh (still warm!) delicious cheese along with wine and other fresh products from the farm. This was a very authentic experience, and if you don’t mind farm animals and maybe getting sprayed with a bit of goat milk, I would highly recommend it!

We had a very good time with Elios. He is a very nice guy who led us to the farm of Ada. Together with her we milked goats and prepared ricotta, while Elios explained us in detail what the traditional backgrounds of the production are. Meanwhile we drank some tasty wine and Elio arranged an afternoon excursion to the Grotta Verde with us and the other guests, which was also a memorable experience. 6 of 5 stars!

Нам с мужем очень понравилось это приключение. Элиос общался с нами на русском языке, что было очень здорово. Мы могли учавствовать во всех этапах изготовления сыра. В процессе узнали много чего нового, даже того что было не по теме. Всё было очень по итальянски...и пунктуальность тоже:)))

Elios took us to an amazingly authentic farm where we learned a lot about cheese making and local cultures. It was a truly inspiring and genuine experience. I love how Elios manages to creates ties between international tourists and very local farmers who would never be able to meet otherwise.
