You can choose to make pizza margherita, marinara or pizza fritta. You will be a pizza chef for 2 hours!!

FIRST STEP
I will teach you about the dough ingredients. We will make the neapolitan pizza dough, Seems easy but it is not so. We will do it with flour, brewer's yeast and ... a secret ingredient, so we will mix everything until it will be ready.
I will explane the most important skills to make the best dough.

SECOND STEP
We will try the products used to make pizza. You will have a detailed explanation on the products of our land. Taste the tomato, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil. This step will help you to understand how is important to use high quality products to make the best pizza.

THIRD STEP
Now we have to divide the balls from the dough. I will show you the oldest way to do that. Called "mozzatura" , learned from the mozzarella maker.

FOURTH STEP
I will give you the ingredients to make an authentic Neapolitan margherita pizza. It is the most popular pizza in Italy. You will take your pizza ball, you will spread it like a real pizzachef and bake it in the wood oven.

FIFTH STEP
The most exciting part will be when you will eat your full pizza while I will tell you the story of Neapolitan cuisine and the genesis of the pizza in Naples and of course with a nice drink included.

You will love this experience. I worked in the pizzeria o'scugnizzo for long time. I've been working in the culinary field for 10 years. So much! So I traveled aroud the word and now I'm again into my city to offer my experience to all people who love Italian cuisine. Pizza is our dish of excellence but it is not easy to make it so This experience cannot be done alone.
I will teach you all the secrets passed down from generation to generation. The dough is a secret in Naples.

It was really a unique experience. Riccardo is really passionate about the pizza but also everything that goes around it: the Napoli culture and lifestyle! He’s really generous about his knowledge and doesn’t hesitate to tell every little secrets! Discover the passion for pizza in Napoli. We had an incredible experience with Riccardo. He was very passionate, friendly and a great pizza making teacher :). He explained everything very well and shared stories of Napoli.. We got to know the passion behind the creation of Napolitan pizza and how important it is for Neapolitans. We felt the passion and love about every ingredient throughout the experience. We even got a little starter, water and a drink with our self made pizza. (Yummy!) Highly recommend this experience! Here's a unique slice of Neapolitan lifestyle, a real dazzle with a cavalcade of authentic local flavors. Riccardo's pizza making class was a true adventure that I would recommend to everyone who loves a good pizza. From the easygoing and knowledgeable Riccardo, you'll learn that the Naples-style pizza dough is based on five key ingredients: flour, yeast, salt, water, and time. You'll make your own pizza, using the secret method that makes this Southern pizza so different (and so much better!) than all the other pizzas in the world. Riccardo is not only welcoming and highly competent (he's basically got a PhD in Pizza) but also full of fun trivia about Naples and Italians in general (ask him what people usually do during New Year's Eve in Naples)! I had a great time, the pizza I made was super delicious and learnt a lot about local culture and the history of this infamous delicacy. Now I just need to buy a pizza oven so I can recreate at home what I learnt here.

Ce fut une super expérience ! Nous étions un groupe de cinq personnes et nous avons pu apprendre à faire une pâte à pizza napolitaine. Les ingrédients, comment pétrir et étaler la pâte, la cuisson. C'était super, nous avons beaucoup rigolé. Riccardo sait partager ses connaissances et la façon de vivre à Naples. J'ai beaucoup aimé écouter ses anecdotes pendant le repas, un vrai voyage dans la vie napolitaine ! Enrichissant et instructif !

Very good pizza making experience! Riccardo is hugely knowledgeable about all things pizza and a very engaging and fun host.
