I have over 10 years of baking experience. After several training (one at the school Ritz-Escoffier, Paris), I obtain my professional certificate. I create an atelier to share my passion for bread. I like to show how beautiful and essential it is to make natural surdough bread, and i'm so happy to see that most of the people continue the baking at home! I enjoy very much meeting some new persons and i'm always here if you need assistance after!
