We pick you up from your hotel and drive you over to the small fishing harbour of Playa el Banco, close to Santa Catalina.
After a introduction and demonstration on how to paddle board we set off into the river to explore the mangrove jungle. We use the flow of the tide to assist us so the times of the tour vary depending on the high tide.

Playa el banco is a small fishing harbor and the entrance to the mangrove river. It has a friendly community of local panamanian fishermen and there family and is un common to find foreign tourist here due to the location.
