Welcome at so cook! where you can live a fantastic learning experience, cooking, tasting and having fun. It’s time to put on the apron and start cooking.
Our cooking classes are based on the respect of genuine and real family recipes handed down through generations. Our classes take you through the whole cooking process. The aim is to improve your cooking skill and your knowledge of our traditional cuisine.
A state-of-the-art professional kitchen is the setting for the lessons and allows you a truly hands-on experience, so that you will be able to recreate perfectly the dishes when you return home.
We will prepare typical Roman and Italian style pasta dishes. The class menu will include at least one of the 4 famous Roman dry pasta dishes and some other typical Italian style pasta dishes, proposed among the following: Cacio e pepe, Carbonara, Amatriciana, Gricia, Chilli and garlic, Ragu sauce, Pesto sauce, Tomato and basil sauce, Puttanesca sauce, Tuna and tomato sauce, Ricotta cheese and pepper sauce and many others.
Upon request, when making a booking and according to the class needs, you can also choose a different menu and ask to make one of these: fresh pasta, risotto, gnocchi, traditional soups.
Our cooking classes highlight the use of seasonal ingredients. During the lesson you will eat the fruit of your labour and enjoy food paired with a tasting of local wines.
