Come and spend a wonderful time in my place learning the craft of the traditional french croissant in a fun and relaxed environment.
In three hours, you will learn in-depth about the making of Croissants:
STARTING
we will start with a little introduction… difference between viennoiseries and french pastry for example!
DOUGH
the most important part, we will make the dough, and learn the tricky part of this laminated dough "pâte feuilletée levée" which bakers use to make France's famous breakfast pastries.
CROISSANTS
how to perfectly shape your pastries, each person will do their owns croissants.
You will learn all the tips and tricks that will guarantee your success back at home!
We'll bake in a small group, and have coffee or tea as we enjoy them. Everything you cannot finish here, you will be able to take home with you.
This is a wonderful experience in Paris and a must try!

We learned our techniques from a french baker during our studies in France. One holiday season we did an intensive course and learned the techniques of french pastry-making, from macarons to viennoiseries (croissants, pain au chocolat)

We loved this experience! It was super fun- super friendly and such a relaxed yet perfect atmosphere! I preferred this over the sterilized industrials type macaron class I attended yesterday. Please do yourself a favor and book this yummmy class

We took a class learning how to make croissant and pain au chocolat. The class is very well paced with clear guidance throughout and world well for inexperienced people (like me) as well as those with baking experience (like my wife and son). The class is made even more engaging by the friendly and very helpful nature of the team. The location is easy to get to and we were meet on time without issues.

This was such an incredible experience! When coming to Paris, all we wanted to do was take a cooking class for croissants and it was perfect! Maria was a great host, walked us through everything in a way we could really understand, and let us do most/all of the work so we could really remember how to do it. The croissants turned out perfectly, we got to learn a bit about her background and tell her about ours. Would recommend to anyone!
