Ric was a Real Pro. I have so much respect learning a whole lot about the history of Brighton. He was delightful indeed and enjoyed every moment spent during our tour with all loads on information in a good pace. Because of Ric — I found my bearings in the city during my stay. He was truly helpful and wonderfully informative. His passion on knowledge about Brighton was so infectious! I truly had a swell, swell time with him. Absolutely a marvelous moment, orienting myself with the city’s rich history — ALL BECAUSE OF RIC !!!! Thanks a whole lot Ric for sharing your city around ! YOU’RE a real “gem” in Brighton !!!!

No doubt due to time of year and other current social concern, the tour was low in numbers and deserved more people to enjoy. Nevertheless Ric's enthusiasm for the subject didn't waiver and the added advantage for those present, was the opportunity to ask more questions and get more elaboration on various aspects. Very good introduction to Brighton.

This quirky little area has many details that are easily lost. That’s a shame because it is full of stories, history, important entertainment events, and architectural insights that Ric provides. Time well spent!

I think this was a great way to be introduced to the Lanes and the unique preserved buildings. Ric was an experienced guide who knew how to pace the walk and make it interesting. We never felt rushed and since it felt private, we were able to ask questions.
