My name is Aliza and I am the founder of Manna Lanu, a holistic food concept.
I grew up in Jerusalem, Israel, in a large Moroccan family. Cooking was essential for my family’s bonding, vitality, and traditions. My grandfather was a spice dealer, and taught me the healing properties of spices, so I use abundantly in my cooking.
My focus is French-Moroccan/ Berber, influenced by what is is available fresh from local markets.
My cooking is always fresh, colorful and festive, made with lots of imagination and love.
I teach the healing qualities of herbs and spices beyond flavor.
Please reach out to me directly if you would like to suggest a different time/date for the class to meet, or if you are interested in a custom menu/private classes!
