You will learn to cook recipes with seasonal produce, vibrant salads with decadent dressings, sumptuous soups and stews with seasonal vegetables, pulses, nuts and seeds, rustic roasts with your own spice blend and more.
Our classes are a lot of fun and hands-on, as we chop, peel and cook together. This class is well suited to most diets, including vegans, vegetarians and anyone interested in learning how to create amazing recipes out of seasonal produce. Gluten-free grain available on request. Our feast is inspired by world cuisine, especially the vibrant cuisine of Africa and the Mediterranean.
