For first we will go for a short walk toghether to let ours guests admire the landscape and understand a little bit more about our area. than, In the panoramic room offering sweeping views of the surrounding area, we organise tastings of our wines and our olive oil. This experience allows you to taste the products, but also to discover the history and tradition of our local wines and olive oil, through an in-depth explanation of the region, as well as the various phases of production. During the tasting, we will try to help you understand how we work and share the history of our farm.

our guest will visit also our special garden surrounded by nature, inside the garden you will find some landart works by italian artist, an old hunting lodge and also a bamboo forest.
also since it is a small farm our guests will have the possibility to see the processing of new vineyards and olive trees, with us that we will try to answer to the all curiosities and questions that will be asked

Wow, was für ein schönes Erlebnis! Zuerst führte uns Antonella durch die Reben und Olivenbaum Felder. Sie erzählte viel von der Geschichte des Gutes, über die Traubensorten und deren Pflege und die Ernte der Trauben und Oliven. Fragen beantwortete sie gerne und liess uns eintauchen ins Winzerleben. Dann durften wir in einem schönen Raum Platz nehmen und uns wurden 2 Weiss-, 1 Rose-, 2 Rot- und ein Dessertwein zum Degustieren gebracht. Jeder Wein wurde vorgestellt und charakterlich, wie auch inhaltlich vorgestellt. Zu jeder Runde wurde ein typisches toskanisches Tellerchen mit Bruschetta, Salame, Pecorino, Foccacia gereicht, welches zum Wein passte. Einfach herrlich! In aller Ruhe durften wir die Weindegustation geniessen! Auch ihr eigenes Olivenöl ist sehr gut! Mit Brot durften wir auch dies testen. Ein herrliches Geschmackserlebnis! Wer eine authentische Wein- und Olivenöldegustation auf einem Biohof möchte muss bei Antonella und Barbara buchen!

Really amazing experience! Everything was explained in a really accessible way and all our questions were answered. Even my boyfriend, who's not really much of a wine drinker, said it was one of the highlights of our vacation.

Hostess who took me around is a wine maker and sommelier. She told me allot about their farm, their produce, the sizes and the varietals of wine grapes they plant. She also shared interesting facts about their vine blocks in comparison to other wine regions and happily responded to questions I had. As I am not as familiar with Italian wines and varietals the hostess also answered some of the other questions I had about wines and varietals from other Italian regions. The tasting was guided and I really enjoyed the experience. I also learned interesting facts about olive oil that I didn’t know before.
