Upon arrival, our guests are first treated to a glass of prosecco. They are then seated to individual portions of poppadums and chutneys while an introduction is given about the class.
A step-by-step live demonstration is given for 2 dishes, with tips and tricks provided, along with plenty of opportunities for questions to be asked. We will show you how easy cooking Indian food really is. Private bookings can choose their own preferred dishes.
Guests will experience the pleasure of being served each course hot and fresh from the pan with traditionally paired accompaniments of rice and roti freshly cooked straight on an open flame and an Indian style side salad.
At the end of the class we provide each guest with their own ‘how-to card’ along with all the dry spices used so guests can recreate the dishes in the comforts of their own home.
Guests also have an opportunity to purchase dry spices and jars of our home made pickles.
