1. We will choose the weat to make bread and first we will mill it with my stone mill. 2. After adding yeast, water and flour we will make a nice smelling dough. 3. Waiting the yeast to act, we will take a little walk to the weat fields wich are 300 mt far from my kitchen. 4. We will heat the avon and bake our whole grain home made organic bread! 5. We will eat our warmTuscan Schiacciata Bread!

You can reach my farm with your car or with the train arriving to Calenzano rail station, where I can pick you up and bring you back after the workshop. Podere Montisi farm is 3 km from rail station.
