Što ćete raditi

From our beautiful home in the foothills of the Sierra de Lijar mountains in Andalucia, Southern Spain you can get up close and personal with our incredible team of raptors including Hawks, Owls, Falcons and Vultures. During a 3 hour morning or afternoon session with our highly experienced team, learn how to handle a trained a bird of prey and how to use the specialist equipment. Take our birds on a hawk walk around our field and have them follow you from tree to tree then land gently on your outstretched arm. Go for a leisurely stroll with our incredible vultures then watch them soar high in the sky, riding the thermal currents until our handlers recall them from dots in the sky to land right on your arm. Finally you can witness our incredible raptors demonstrate how they would hunt and survive in the wild, marvel at their speed and agility as they chase a dummy rabbit lure.

All this is done in the tranquility of our own private grounds, surrounded my rolling hills and mature trees.

All ages welcome, a great activity for all the family that is both educational and fun. Plus it's a great opportunity to get some memorable photographs.

We are based in Algodonales in Andalusia southern Spain. Algodonales is famous in Europe for paragliding and it's abundance of wild vultures. We live in the foothills of the Sierra Lijar mountain which overlooks the village and beyond providing spectacular views of the beautiful Andalusian landscape.

Experiencia increíble, Scott fue muy amable con nosotros; nos explicó detalles sobre cada ave, después tuvimos la oportunidad de volarlos; fue una pasada ver cómo cada ave volaba y se posaba en nuestro brazo mientras les dábamos de comer! Además, la finca es muy grande con unos alrededores preciosos en plena Sierra de Cádiz!! Cuando terminamos la experiencia Scott nos invitó a unas bebidas y un trozo de bizcocho. Repetiremos, seguro!! This experience is not to be missed. We had a full three hours with Scott learning about the different birds of prey. He explained about each bird first, then we got to handle and feed them as they swooped back and forwards between my husband and myself. The last experience was walking the property with the two vultures who would periodically fly off and land back on our arms. It was something we would never get to experience back in Australia. A lovely surprise was to finish the experience sharing a cup of tea and a delicious cake with Scott plus gorgeous dog and cat. We will definitely be back to do the paragliding experience one day.

We had a great time meeting Scott and his birds of prey. It was fascinating to see them flying, eating, showing their personality. We learnt a lot and were happy to see how much love and care the birds receive. The vultures were my favorite..social, funny, active, thug-like walking :) My wife liked the delicate kestrels the most.
