This is a sonic experience that relaxes, balances, and promotes good health to the body, mind, and soul through the use of quartz bowls as instruments of sound. Quartz bowls are the most powerful music therapy tool that exists today. In this 40min Sound Bath for couples and/o groups you can expect to relax, reenergize and leave with a palpable healing experience. After a brief intake session you are welcome to sit or lay down on the floor on mats, then we do a 5min guided meditation to help you relax and absorb the maximum benefits from the pure sound of the bowls. I play them for around 15-20min, then move forward to an interactive dynamic where you visualize diverse colors while I continue playing them for the rest of the session. My approach is completely non-dogmatic, this means that anyone from any religion, creed, or walk of life is welcome to join us and enjoy the benefits of the sound bath. The frequencies and sounds you’ll experience create a beneficial interaction between the brain, skeletal system and the electric impulses that allow our bodies to function. Also facilitates homeostasis and the alignment of the bioelectrical systems that manage stress, anxiety, sleep, and others. Every time we make a quartz bowl “sing,” our bone structure resonates and "sings" too. This is important because our bones are the core of our physical and energetic structure.
