In this experience you'll learn how to make the genovese pesto sauce gnocchi and the typical italian dessert: Tiramisù. So you're welcome to my Restaurant located in the town center of La Spezia and the experience will start making the most famous italian dessert: the king Tiramisù with his soft and smooth cream. We will serve you a glass of Prosecco wine that definitely helps you to pound the fresh basil, the parmesan, the pinenuts and the garlic in the marble mortar of my grandmother that she gave it to me together with the secrets of her special pesto recipe. When the pesto will be ready and creamy, you'll learn to make fresh gnocchi from kneading the dough of boiled potatoes, egg and flour by hand.
Finally, you'll enjoy a dinner that features the dishes you made with a glass of Cinqueterre white wine
