There will be times for talking and times for silence, times for sitting and times for slow walking. This is a nature experience, an opportunity to immerse yourself in relationship with nature. Everyone is different, and every time is different. With a guide you can step into the healing power of nature.

I have been working in the field of conflict resolution and natural therapies for over 20 years. Shinrin yoku is one way of experiencing the best of our human nature and the best of our biological nature at the same time. Nature Forest Therapy as practiced by accredited guides from Association of Nature Forest Therapy, take you on a walk like no other. Come and feel the awe of life with me.

There are two walks available. One takes place in Bronte, meandering among trees, bushes, flowers and smells of nature. Mainly in the shade.
The other is a coastal walk highlighting the element of water. This requires you to be prepared for lots of sun.
Both walks are Nature Therapy Guided walks, which include times to sit, times to wander and times to share our experiences within a framework designed to let nature do its work.
