I'm an executive chef with more than 10 years of experience in culinary arts. I started cooking at the age of 4 with my mom Linda. Since then, I never stop cooking! I'm a passionate chef who likes to share his passion and knowledge with people. With me, you can discover wonderful experiences in my kitchen or I can come to your accommodation as well to cook on the spot.
I can offer two culinary experiences:
1. An immersive experience in creole cuisine. If you don't know real creole cuisine yet, you will have more than a glimpse of it! Currys, civet, kalia, vindaye, gato piment, roti, and so many others....
2. I also propose my services as Chef on Demand during your stay in Mauritius, it can be a mix of gastronomy and creole cuisine, depending on your preferences.
