Što ćete raditi

You will learn how to make homemade Ravioli and other kind of pasta easily and successfully, ravioli are type of dumpling composed of a filling sealed between two layers of thin pasta dough; If you have flour and water you can make pasta and we will teach the secrets. We will teach you to make Ravioli, Tagliatelle and other kind of pasta in different shape and flavours. We will prepare pasta in an open space in San Frediano (or at the restaurant Vivanda depending of the size of the group). In anyway, we will move to Vivanda, our organic restaurant which is round the corner. The chef will cook all the pasta together you have prepared in order for you to taste it with different sauces and we will be happy to share with you the fantastic organic wine that we produce. Every participant will receive written english instructions for making pasta at home easily and successfully. N.B: the group can be of maximum 16 people. __ Aprenderemos a hacer la pasta fresca; Ravioli, Tagliatelle y otros tipos de pasta con diferentes sabores y formas. Trabajaremos en un local muy cerca de nuestro restaurante Vivanda para después degustar allí la maravillosa pasta elaborada por nosotros y cocinada por nuestro Chef. La acompañaremos de un exquisito vino proveniente de uva ecológica de producción propia. Cada participante recibirá un recetario para consultar las recetas y poder cocinarlas en casa.

I learn to make fresh pasta as our mum and grandma tought to me Every group has its own qualified instructor: Martina, Alejandra, Luis, Jonathan, Giacomo, Vlada, Cristina, Milton, Amanda and Alessandra. __ Soy el propietario de una famosa tienda de gastronomía toscana llamada "Dalle nostre mani" en Florencia donde tiene lugar la experiencia. Yo aprendí a hacer pasta fresca como me enseñaron mi madre y mi abuela. Cada grupo tiene su instructor cualificado: Martina, Alejandra, Luis, Jonathan, Giacomo, Vlada, Cristina, Milton, Amanda y Alessandra.

We will prepare ravioli and other kind of pasta in an open space in San Frediano and then we will move for dinner or lunch in our organic restaurant Vivanda ( few steps ahead) in the trendy area of Oltrarno between Piazza Santo Spirito e Piazza del Carmine Prepararemos los ravioli y otros tipos de pasta en un local en el atractivo barrio de San Frediano y después nos desplazaremos para cenar o comer en nuestro restaurante Vivanda (muy cerca).
