My name is Kristin and I've been working for Tipsy Scoop for over two and half years, both as a production associate and general manager for the storefront Barlour locations. I started out working in production and learned from the COO how to make our small batch, premium, boozy ice cream. I've personally helped develop new recipes for our seasonal flavors using popular liquor brands to mimic famous cocktails. During the sundae making class you'll learn more about the history of the company and the chemistry of boozy ice cream making!
While working as a general manager I've worked with the social media team to develop, build and photograph all of our Instagram famous sundaes. In our class I'll teach you how make an "Instagram perfect" version of the boozy sundaes, and go over some tips and tricks for getting great foodie ice cream shots!
