We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TAGLIATELLE in different shape in a place in the center of Florence. The chef of Vivanda, our organic restaurant, will cook all together the pasta you have prepared with 3 different sauces and you will eat it. We will give you organic tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive english instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully at the end of the experience.

Aprendes cómo hacer la pasta a mano de una manera fácil y exitosa. Sólo necesitas harina y agua y nosotros te enseñaremos los secretos. Te enseñaremos a hacer RAVIOLI y TAGLIATELLE con diferentes moldes y formas en distintas ubicaciones que disponemos en el centro de Florencia. El Chef de nuestro restaurante ecológico Vivanda cocinará para todos nosotros la pasta que hemos preparado con 3 salsas diferentes y nos la comeremos. Os daremos vino procedente de variedades de uva ecológica y típica toscana producido con métodos naturales y embotellado en nuestra bodega llamada "Dalle Nostre Mani". Cada participante recibirá las recetas para preparar la pasta a mano hecha en casa.

We are the owners of this famous pasta shop called "Dalle nostre mani". We make fresh pasta as our mum and grandma tought us and we will share with you all the secrets of working with flour and water. Our family owns an organic farm where we produce wine, olive oil, fruit and vegetable that you will taste in our restaurant Vivanda as conclusion of the experience.
Every group has its own qualified instructor: Martina, Alejandra, Jonathan, Giacomo, Vlada, Cristina, Francesco, Andreina and Alessandra.

Absolutely recommend this experience. Great pasta, great wine. The recipes will be very easy to replicate after this experience, but the learning environment seems unique: local hosts who show you the techniques that have survived generations. The location is in a very nice part of Florence too (and one of the best ice cream shops around the corner if you can still squeeze in a dessert after).

We had an excellent time. Superb value for money with a very knowledgable teacher. Three types of pasta and delicious wine included. Happened to be just the two of us so great class ratio. Would highly recommend!

Formidable expérience ! J’ai eu droit à un cours privé puisque j’étais la seule à avoir réservé l’activité. Je sais maintenant comment faire des pâtes fraîches et j’ai appris de nombreuses astuces. Si vous aimez faire la cuisine n’hésitez surtout pas! Un petit conseil, ne déjeunez pas le midi. Personnellement j’avais seulement pris un bon petit déjeuner, et ça m’a permis de finir la copieuse assiette de pâtes !

Nous avons passé un super moment! Outre le fait de préparer des pâtes nous avons apprit comment faire des pâtes que nous pourrons refaire nous meme ainsi que des astuces comme quel type de pâte faire si on veut les conserver longtemps. N’hésitez pas à demander des conseils sur la cuisson ou les sauces, vous aurez des réponses à tout!
