The Green River Swimming & Recreation area is just a few blocks away and is a wonderful place to lay out on the the sandy beach and swim in clear, beautiful waters. Aerial Adventure Park: The Aerial Adventure Park is a unique and exciting suspended challenge course featuring a unique blend of elevated wooden platforms and exciting elements. The platforms are connected by Indiana Jones bridges, Tarzan swings, rolling zip-lines, TrueBlue free falls and other challenging obstacles to navigate. After an initial instruction from our trained staff, this adventure allows you to move throughout the two course at your own pace and at the level of difficultly you choose. While the self-guided component of the adventure enhances the experience, don’t worry… our trained and friendly staff are there to assist you if needed.
Thunderbolt Mountain Coaster: Think of it as a combination alpine slide and roller coaster. The Thunderbolt takes riders up 1,580 feet of up-track through the forest before the cart disengages, and gravity takes over. The 3,870 feet of downhill track are designed with swooping turns, banked corners, rolling drops and 360° turns. Each cart is equipped with its own braking system, allowing you to slow speeds to a comfortable pace or accelerate to G-Force inducing levels. With a minimum rider age of 3, and driver age of 9, it’s fun for the whole family!
Berkshire White Water: Those looking for a guided, white water experience also have Berkshire Whitewater a short drive away (~20 mins.) Thanks to scheduled water releases on the Deerfield River, we are able to enjoy whitewater rafting in Western Massachusetts from April through October. The Deerfield River runs through the foothills of the Berkshire Mountains along the historic Mohawk Trail. The scenery is breath taking and the river is clean and clear.
