Bright and airy Master Bedroom has a hanging closet, dresser, a chest of drawers, and a night stand, with plenty of mirrors and windows facing the front and side of the house.
Second bedroom is well lit with a window facing the side of the house, and includes two beds, a hanging closet, a chest of drawers and a night stand.
Please NOTE! The crib featured in the 2nd bedroom is a Pack n' Play, NOT a full size crib. Pack n' Play sheets are provided.
Complete kitchen has laundry facilities.
Hall closet area contains extra blankets, pillows, towels & linens.
If you choose not to use the HVAC, there's a ceiling exhaust fan that provides a delightful breeze during the spring and fall months, when the windows are open.
Laundry facilities are in the kitchen, on the same ground floor.
Another AirBnb unit exists in the basement. Behind the residence, there's a separate adjacent unit that's occasionally occupied. The walls are NOT soundproof.
On occasion, you'll need to provide access as needed to service, repairs and maintenance people, and for property inspection.
My comfy home is nestled a quiet cul de sac, 11 min from the airport. Parking must be perpendicular, not parallel.
No major streets go through the area to the house, so there is no pass-through traffic; cars must exit this tucked-away enclave to reach the major thoroughfares.
There's a very nice playground and tennis courts 2 tenths of a mile from the home.
