The home has a gated, private driveway and a large parking area. This beautiful, cozy, 2/2 brick house is completely fenced (front & back) and includes a full kitchen, comfy beds, soft towels, fast wifi, Netflix, and an ergonomic workstation. The backyard has shady trees, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and a seating area.

EVEN THOUGH OUR LEGAL ADDRESS IS LIVE OAK, OUR CABIN IS LOCATED IN DOWLING PARK: Rustic cabin features 10' x 25' covered deck overlooking beautiful Suwannee River. Additional open air deck for sunbathing, etc. Owner recently installed steps down to natural beach to retrieve unique driftwood and other treasures. Property is very private, tastefully decorated, exceptionally neat and clean. Boat launch, restaurants, grocery, discount store 2 miles. LOTS of ATV trails. PLEASE...NO PETS.

Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. Jacuzzi off master but well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.
