Recently built, my self-contained house in Fitzgerald is modern and family-friendly. It is 5 minutes from the Tyenna river and a magic spot for fishing and watching Platypus. I'm also less than 5 minutes from the Maydena Mountain Bike Park. Also MT Field and National Park are a 10 minute drive. Stay in and prepare meals or have dinner at the Mountain Bike Park (check their socials for opening times). As well, the visitors center at MT Field has a stylish and comprehensive cafe.

The Junee Caves are only a 5-minute drive. South Crescent is suitable for couples, families or small groups and can sleep up to 8 guests. Opened in November 2022 the Blue Wren’s Nest is a unique and tranquil getaway. A pet friendly venue, the property is set high above the Huon River with beautiful landscape views. This boutique cottage is part of a 49 acre orchard property with apple and cherry trees. Visitors are welcome to sample the fruits in season and wander the beautiful home garden.
