Welcome to our Lake House! We have made some wonderful memories here! We don't use it as much as we use to so we wanted to let other people enjoy it. This is the perfect getaway for city people who need some peace & quiet, as well as hunters, fisherman, water enthusiasts (no watercraft included but you can bring your own), and outdoor people of all kinds. It is across the street from the Tennessee River & Perryville Marina, which offers a (free) boat ramp. Let the relaxation or adventure begin!

Located just 6 miles from the Tennessee River, come enjoy small town living at it finest. We are conveniently located between two Tennessee State Parks for all of your fishing, hiking and outdoor enjoyment. We invite you to come stay as a base for your adventures. We remodeled this home as newly weds and it has its flaws but most 80 year old homes do. We have kept as much original aspects as possible and we hope that you love it as much as we do.

The Porch at TN River

Our inviting home is located about a mile from the Perryville Marina. The property is very peaceful and relaxing due to its secluded location. There is a wraparound deck that is perfect for entertaining whether you’re a large group or just a couple looking for a weekend getaway. We hope you’ll find our rustic decor warm and cozy. There are three restaurants within a mile that serve fresh caught TN river catfish.
