With the station only a 7 min walk away you can be in Cambridge in 30 minutes and in London in an hour. The Stables , Manor Farm is situated on our family run arable farm in a small rural village on the borders of Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire. The cottage is let as self-catering and contains three bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms, and TVs. The master bedroom has a large king size bed that splits into two full sized single beds if needed. Also further double bedded room and a twin bedded room. It has a fully equipped living/kitchen area with TV/DVD and WiFi. Plenty of parking.

The Barn at the Old George and Dragon

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
