This guest house sits at the rear of a property in a leafy area. It is private, free standing and has side access. It is best suited to a couple or young family. The lounge and dining area are spacious and the kitchenette comes with all the basics. It has a courtyard, a sunken fire place and pool area that you are welcome to use. Cronulla beach is 10 minutes drive away. The Shopping Centre, and Caringbah Train Station are a few minutes drive or 10-15minute walk.
