A cozy basement room in a very quiet neighborhood. Brand new bathroom and bedroom, and private patio. There is a desk and chair, wifi, a mini-frig, and microwave. 20 minutes from Yale. The bed is a double with a memory foam mattress topper. It is a soft bed. My husband is a musician and there are sometimes band practices, or you will hear him playing keyboard and singing. Style is usually classic rock. Please do not ask me to accept payments outside of Airbnb.
