My place welcomes single guest only. It's a 3-bedroom townhouse. I occupied the main bedroom with ensuite, the second one by a lady friend, and the third one - with a comfortable double bed, study desk and wardrobe is for the guest. Big bathroom is shared and another toilet downstairs, as well as the kitchen and living room. Wifi and Netflix included too. The place is in a very convenient location, very close to shops, schools, parks, restaurants and bus stations to/from city.

My partner and I live in this lovely place and you are welcome to stay in our house. You will have your own private room with a queen bed, a ceiling fan and a desk for remote working. Also, you will share a bath and a toilet with another room’s guests. It is a quiet suburb. The room is not facing the main road, so there is no noise at night. Free street parking is available. It takes you 30 mins to go to the Brisbane city or Gold Coast by car.

Very good location, convenient to a large shopping centre. Walking to Sunnybank hills shopping town in 10 mins, Calamvale centre in 10 mins which have Kmart, Coles, Woolworth, Vodafone, Optus, Aldi etc. Friendly owner keen to meet more friends coming to Brisbane. Please Note：We have a 3 years old boy, he goes to daycare 5 days and his room is upstairs.
